  I picked up my puppy from the breeder at the end of Agust 2009 and a week later I suffered smoking related bronchitis for 5 weeks.  I thought I was going to die and realized enough was enough!!  I started the Chantix I had received two months previous and after four weeks on the drug I was a true non-smoker.  Now the money that I spent on my pack-a-day addiction goes to marathon entries and exercise equipment. My big joke is "My brain is now getting so much oxygen it is telling my body to do some crazy things"!!!
There is NO doubt that I will ever go back to smoking. I am on the other side and now get a huge thrill out of the outdoor activities that I can do and the ever increasing lung capacity I have!!!
