I am very disappointed to see our state just sit back and do nothing. We have two "F"s. Not good!

Not only are there two "F"s, there is also a "D"! Coming from CA, this is abominable! Do you all need some help with bring those grades up? I worked in tobacco control, education, prevention & cessation in CA. I created a very successful smoking cessation program that I provided for the public & was held at a regional hospital. Please contact me if you're interested in bringing those horrid grades up!
