I moved here from Illinois 5 years ago and could not believe that the states does burns! We couldnot burn even fall leaves, all green materials were collected and composted for use. People with breathing problems are hurt more here by your prescribed burns and people smoking as you can not get away from the smoke!!!!!!

Why keep raising taxes when the federal government and state governments aren't spending the funds on tobacco control? State of Arizona "F".
